Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of WhatsApp Inbox (the "Platform"), operated by Nexora IT Agency, at cloud-whatsapp.nexora-portal.com. The Platform is an internal tool our team uses to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta.
1. Customers who message us
- When you message one of our WhatsApp Business numbers, your messages are received and answered by our team through the Platform.
- Use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own terms; these terms only cover how we handle the conversation.
- You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time (for example by replying "STOP"), and we will stop sending non-essential messages.
- Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data over WhatsApp unless we specifically ask for it through a secure process.
2. Team members
- Accounts are created only by an administrator, are personal and must not be shared.
- Team members must use the Platform only for legitimate business communication, follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, and message customers only with their permission.
- Team members who link their own WhatsApp Business number confirm they are authorized to connect it on behalf of Nexora IT Agency.
- Activity is logged (which team member sent which message) for quality and security purposes.
- Spam, harassment, unlawful content or attempts to access lines or data you were not given are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
3. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available, but it depends on third-party services (Meta and our hosting provider) and may occasionally be interrupted. Message delivery is ultimately handled by WhatsApp.
4. Data
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexora IT Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, or for outages of WhatsApp or other third-party services.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
